As the COVID-19 outbreak continues to evolve, we want you to know that Protect Enfant is doing everything we can to support you through this difficult time. We would like to reassure you that we're taking added precautions to keep our clients and employees safe. This is our number one priority!
To ensure the safety of our team and others, we are following government's guidelines, and have incorporated added precautionary measures including enhanced hygiene protocols.
At our store front we are taking the additional precautions:
- Screening clients
- Managing operations online (Emails and phone calls)
- Avoiding the use of Point Of Sale when possible (e-transfers favored to avoid contact)
- Preparing orders to be picked up at the entrance of the store to minimize contact and interaction
- In terms of installations, we are screening families and servicing the ones in most need
