environment for your child. However, our products are not a substitute for proper adult
supervision. Therefore, by using our products and services you agree
that Protect Enfant Inc. will not be held liable for any damages or personal injuries due
to the lack of proper adult supervision, misuse of any product, failure to verify the
proper functioning of any product (wear and tear, loose parts, etc) and information or
lack of information provided, and others.
Product Warranty Information
Protect Enfant Inc. does not manufacture the products offered in this catalog.
Manufacturers’ warranties are provided with the products sold and Protect Enfant Inc.
does not offer any further warranties or guarantees.
Effectiveness of each product depends on proper installation and use. The warranties do
not cover product abuse or normal wear and tear.
Returns & Exchanges
We would exchange or refund within 30 days (less shipping and handling charges) any
products that you are not completely satisfied with. Product returns must be in new
condition and accompanied by original package and sales receipt. All returns and
exchanges must be approved through the Customer Service Department. Please call them at
